Principal: Sasha Kalis

Sasha Kalis has accepted the position of principal at Tiffany Ridge Elementary for the 2023-2024 school year.

Kalis comes to Tiffany Ridge from Renner Elementary School, where she served as principal for the last four years. Before that, she was assistant principal at Renner and Hawthorn for seven years. She began teaching in the Park Hill School District in 2006.

She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Kansas State University and her specialist degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

Kalis believes building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential to ensure the best educational opportunities for our students. She is excited by this opportunity and eager to get to know the Tiffany Ridge community.             

Assistant Principal: Dr. Laura Coughlin

I am excited to be part of the Tiffany Ridge team. I came to Park Hill from Hosea Elementary School in St. Joseph, MO, where I served as assistant principal. I have also previously worked as both an instructional coach and classroom teacher. I have my Masters degree in Instructional Technology and both my Specialist degree and Doctorate degree in School Leadership.

My husband Zac teaches math at Lakeview Middle School and we have a high school aged son and a middle school aged daughter who both attend school in the district. I am passionate about seeing the strengths in all students and helping them discover those strengths in themselves. In my free time I enjoy cooking, crochet, and watching my children compete in sports and perform in band and choir. Make it a great day!
