Principal: Zanah McCauley

Zanah McCauley serves as the principal at Tiffany Ridge Elementary. She joined the Tiffany Ridge community after serving as the assistant principal at Chinn Elementary for three years. With 20 years of experience in education, Ms. McCauley has served as a classroom teacher in both 2nd and 4th grades and has also held the role of Reading Interventionist.

Ms. McCauley earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Park University, a master’s degree in Reading from Northwest Missouri State University, and an Education Specialist degree in Administration from William Woods University.

She is passionate about creating a school environment where every student feels seen, valued, and supported. Ms. McCauley believes that a strong sense of belonging and connection is essential for student success and is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive community for all students, staff, and families at Tiffany Ridge.

Assistant Principal: Dr. Laura Coughlin

I am excited to be part of the Tiffany Ridge team. I came to Park Hill from Hosea Elementary School in St. Joseph, MO, where I served as assistant principal. I have also previously worked as both an instructional coach and classroom teacher. I have my Masters degree in Instructional Technology and both my Specialist degree and Doctorate degree in School Leadership.

My husband Zac teaches math at Lakeview Middle School and we have a college aged son and a high school aged daughter who attends school in the district. I am passionate about seeing the strengths in all students and helping them discover those strengths in themselves. In my free time I enjoy cooking, crochet, and watching my children compete in sports and perform in band and choir. Make it a great day!
