Principal: Zanah McCauley

Zanah McCauley serves as the principal at Tiffany Ridge Elementary. She joined the Tiffany Ridge community after serving as the assistant principal at Chinn Elementary for three years. With 20 years of experience in education, Ms. McCauley has served as a classroom teacher in both 2nd and 4th grades and has also held the role of Reading Interventionist.
Ms. McCauley earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Park University, a master’s degree in Reading from Northwest Missouri State University, and an Education Specialist degree in Administration from William Woods University.
She is passionate about creating a school environment where every student feels seen, valued, and supported. Ms. McCauley believes that a strong sense of belonging and connection is essential for student success and is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive community for all students, staff, and families at Tiffany Ridge.
Assistant Principal: Katie Buzard

Katie Buzard serves as the assistant principal at Tiffany Ridge Elementary. With more than 15 years of experience in education, Ms. Buzard has served as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, administrator, and adjunct professor.
Ms. Buzard earned her bachelor's degree from William Jewell College and master's degrees from Webster University and Harvard University.
Ms. Buzard believes every child deserves to be known, challenged, and celebrated. She is passionate about creating a school community where students feel a true sense of belonging, families feel connected, and educators are empowered to do their best work. She is committed to partnering with the Tiffany Ridge community to help every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Outside of school, Ms. Buzard loves spending time with her husband and their dog, Margo. She enjoys traveling, boating, reading, dancing, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She is honored to serve the Tiffany Ridge community and is committed to helping every student feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
