Social Worker

Laura Roederer is the school social worker at Tiffany Ridge Elementary, dedicated to supporting students’ social-emotional growth and connecting families with community resources. She earned both her bachelor’s in psychology and Master of Social Work from George Mason University in Northern Virginia.

As part of a military family, Laura has lived across the U.S. and is excited to now call the Kansas City area home. Before joining Park Hill, she worked with young adults in foster care and served as a school social worker in North Carolina. She's passionate about creating a safe, inclusive environment where all students can thrive. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband Brett and their three kids. She loves coaching volleyball and visiting her home state of New York whenever she can.
